You have to love what you do<\/h2>

Behind the bottles of wine and the glamorous events, there are people people who spend the whole year working hard to create something good, something that matters.
But the truth is, not every grape becomes a good wine. Even with all the passion, care, and knowledge in the world, nature sometimes decides otherwise.<\/p>

Being in the Vineyard \u2014 Where the Real Work Happens<\/h3>

Let\u2019s be honest: working in the vineyard isn\u2019t as \u201ccool\u201d as pouring wine at tastings or hosting guests in the cellar.
Yet I\u2019d still rather be out there among the vines.\nThat\u2019s where I feel alive where I try to understand how to work with nature, not against it.\nHow to listen to it, to support it, and to find a rhythm that leads to balance and good harvests.<\/p>

The Future Lies in Working with Nature<\/h3>

More and more winemakers are turning toward organic and biodynamic farming.\nAnd I truly believe this is the direction we should be heading \u2014 even if it demands more work, more sacrifices, and carries more risks.<\/p>

Bod\u00f3 Judit from Bott Pince whose voice always dissolves all my doubts about this profession once said:<\/p>

I\u2019d rather take the risk and do everything I can for the vineyards, even buy the neighboring plots, just to save them<\/p><\/blockquote>

I think that\u2019s admirable.\nAnd maybe that\u2019s exactly what we all should be doing.<\/p>

Learning to Respect the Work<\/h3>

Work isn\u2019t something to avoid it\u2019s something to respect.
Because when you respect the work, the land, and the people around you, you slowly start to change.\nYou grow. You become a better human being.\u00a0<\/p>

I'm a little tired of superficiality and don't want to belong to such a community, so I'm creating my own.<\/h6>

That\u2019s what I want to be a good person who pays attention to nature, the environment, and others.\nThat\u2019s why I stay. Because despite the doubts, deep down, I know this is where I belong. T<\/p>

The Joy of Creating with My Own Hands<\/h3>

\"\"Every time I feel like giving up, the same question comes to mind:
What else would I do?
Where would I go? What kind of work could ever feel this real?<\/p>

Then I realize I\u2019d miss it. I\u2019d miss the work itself. The feeling of creating something with my own hands, even when things don\u2019t turn out the way I planned.
You can\u2019t change the world overnight, but you can do small things every day that matter.<\/p>

So I stay<\/h3>

Despite the struggles and the challenges, I\u2019m still here.
