Why Dévabor?

The name weaves together two stories.

The first is deeply personal: Dóra Éva. Join the two names, and you get Déva.

The second I brought home from Asia. On my travels I grew closer to Hindu traditions, and that is where I met the word deva – in Sanskrit, a divine, radiant power.

The two met in me, and Dévabor was born.

In my wines I want to show the same strength, naturalness and freedom that I look for and live by myself. And maybe a little curiosity too: the eternal child who can still marvel at the world – at a bunch of grapes, a scent, a sip of wine.

HAUSEL DÓRA
TÁLLYA, TOKAJ

I farm 4 hectares together with my mother and father. They are my support, and it was from them that I learned to love wine and nature.
